Haggards on Hilldrop is set on the outskirts of Newcastle and nestled at the foothill of the Hilldrop Rocky Range. The original farmhouse of Sir Rider Haggard, Author of “King Solomon’s Mines” was built in 1875 and the focal point of this bed and breakfast. Haggards on Hilldrop boasts a charming ambiance, inviting interiors and magnificent garden surroundings.

Haggards on Hilldrop offer 37 Luxury Rooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, electronic safe, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, work desk, poly-percale bed linen, double or king or twin beds, private entrances and balconies and smart TV's with streaming services.
