Happy Place 1008 is a charming double-storey beachfront home located near a tidal pool in Duinepark, Witsand. With direct beach access, this house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway.

The home can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 inviting living areas—1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms on the upper level each have a double bed, and the upstairs lounge offers comfortable seating and sliding doors that open onto a balcony with a balustrade, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views.

The ground-floor bedroom also has a double bed. The first bathroom downstairs includes a shower, toilet, and basin, while the second bathroom upstairs features a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided. The kitchen flows into a cosy living and dining area, furnished with a lounge suite and dining table. Guests can also enjoy an indoor braai area, ideal for gatherings in any weather.

Free Wi-Fi is available (limited to 50 GB per week). Additional data can be purchased at an extra cost, or guests may use their own router. DStv Premium is included.

Please note that fishing groups are not accommodated, as the property is not set up for this purpose.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small garden and lawn area with sea views. 2 Wooden walkways—just 3 houses away on either side—lead directly onto the beach. Parking is available in front of the house.
