Description

Hardeveld Lodge is a three-star establishment situated in the tranquil village of Nuwerus, 360 km north of Cape Town along the N7 Cape–Namibia route. The lodge is ideally positioned for travellers exploring Namaqualand and is a proud member of Namaqua Tourism. Guests are welcomed to a reliable and comfortable stay in this peaceful setting.

Accommodation is offered in a variety of options to suit different needs. Camping facilities with hot-water ablutions are available, while guest rooms are furnished with private en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. Self-catering units are equipped with kitchen facilities, and some feature built-in braai areas. All units are fitted with TVs and access to Open View channels, while additional shared facilities include a communal lounge. Two fenced units have been designed for guests travelling with pets, and solar power ensures uninterrupted comfort during power outages.

The scenic 4x4 Circle Route via the West Coast, Groenrivier, and Garies offers opportunities for adventure, while the area’s safe environment makes it ideal for walking or creating personalised mountain biking routes.
