Description
Hartenbos Landgoed 80 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 5-bedroom house situated in a 24-hour security estate in Hartenbos, which is ideal for a group of friends or family.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The open-plan living area opens out onto a braai area with built-in braai facilities. The braai area leads onto a lawn which ends where the Fynbos and dunes begin, ensuring guests' privacy.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is also located on the ground floor and contains a queen-size bed. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet.
On the upper level are 3 bedrooms, containing a queen-size bed, a double bed and the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds with views over the dunes. These bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a bath, a basin and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric stove, oven,
and a dishwasher. In the adjoining laundry, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a drying rack, ironing facilities and a chest freezer. The laundry leads out to the back of the house where there is a second entertainment area and an outdoor shower. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and uncapped Wi-Fi.
Once a week there is a cleaning service, during which fresh linen and towels will be provided.
The estate is surrounded by dunes covered with lush vegetation and offers 24-hour access control ensuring guests' safety.
The estate also offers a communal swimming pool, and climbing frames for children. The beach is just a 10-minute walk from the estate, along the railway and down the dune. If you prefer to drive into Hartenbos, it is only 3.2 km to the CBD and the main beach. The Langeberg Mall is just 6 km away to suit your shopping needs.
