Hartfell Farm is set in a forested valley near the village of Dullstroom in Mpumalanga and comprises 3 separate cottages. It is situated 10 km from town on a dirt road, which requires a high-rise vehicle, ensuring undisturbed peace and tranquillity for a group of friends or families.

Hamill's Lodge is a spacious and well-furnished 4-bedroom lodge that can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom is identically furnished with a king-size bed and a sleeper couch suitable for one child. The bathrooms are either fitted with a shower, bath or shower only.

The Harfell Fisherman Cottage is a fully furnished unit that accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and child-only bunk beds. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath or a shower.

Searles Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each contain single beds. The bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath, and both include a toilet.

The imposing mountains, rivers, and grasslands of the Mpumalanga Highlands present the opportunity for activities such as fishing, birding, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Area hikes to the stunning waterfall and lookout points are a highlight for nature lovers, while the surrounding forest offers a large variety of bird and plant life. The farm offers privacy and leisure walks and boasts five well-stocked fishing dams.
