Heerlike gasvryheid! Ons het daar gebly met ons wittebrood 18 jaar terug. Dit was spesiaal vir ons om weer terug te gaan. Alles is nou baie meer modern en mooi! Natuur is baie mooi! Gasvrou is baie gaaf! Ontbyt was fantasties! Ons het ons tydjie baie geniet! Klein ekstras het dit spesiaal gemaak!

Friendly and efficient hosts. Beautiful setting, cottages tastefully decorated. My wife and I booked accommodation for a group of thirteen people, all family and friends. Hawklee Country House was the perfect place for us. Although we were all in one group, each couple could enjoy their own privacy in the separate, private cottages. Hawklee is serene and tranquil with beautiful scenery and the constant gurgle of the Lions River in the background. Our hosts are superb people. They kept in touch long before and during our stay. Friendly and kind, they absolutely went the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were met. I hope that we will have the opportunity to return to this beautiful gem in the Natal Midlands.

Fantastic! We had a truly wonderful stay. Lots of personal touches, great service all in a beautiful setting. Would have loved to stay longer, but we will be back.

Die gasheer en gasvrou is buitengewoon gasvry en akkommoderend. Ons het heerlik gebly. Hawklee is geleë langs die Leeurivier en die geruis van die water, saam met gasvrye inwoners, maak dit baie spesiaal.

Peaceful - exceptional. Beautiful and peaceful environment, with the sound of the birds and the Lions River running. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and special. The breakfast every morning was a surprise. 5 star. We will be back. Thank you for also recommending places to visit. We really explored the Midlands Meander beautifully.
