Truly a heavenly experience! The entire experience was exceptional - from the booking process, communication with the owner and the property manager, and the stay itself. Leandri was extremely kind, and her transparency on managing the power outage prior to our check-in was greatly appreciated - their willingness to relocate us if the issue persisted reaffirmed their approach to putting their clients first. Thankfully this was not needed, and we enjoyed a beautiful stay at Heaven's Gate. The property is truly family friendly, offering a bit of everything for all ages. It's convenient, cosy, safe, well stocked, and extremely spacious. The fact that it is situated just outside of Hermanus meant we had the serene quietness we hoped for, but still with the added convenience of having access to the shopping mall, convenience stores, beaches, and great fishing spots! This is definitely a home we will return to! Thank you, Heaven's Gate, for giving us a stay we will never forget!
