A gem in the Riebeek Valley. We were pleasantly surprised with the cute cottage we found at Hermon. It's a lovely weekend cottage with everything you need, including the cozy indoor braai area. The interior decoration details attract attention and make you feel welcome. The view over the green fields is breathtaking. The cottage is fenced with a large lawn for the dogs. Our two dachshunds were welcomed with a special dog treat box. The attractions of the Riebeek Valley are only 10 minutes away. The management was available at all times to answer questions. Highly recommended!

Quite and relaxing getaway. Very well thought out getaway from the city. Loved the tranquility. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Never missed home. Gives you a chance to re-centre. Only critique is that the pool was not clean. Green and had the creepy crawly in it throughout our stay.

Hi Roy Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise for the pool not being up to standard. We had maintenance done on our pool, which was completed the week prior to your check-in. The pool was filled with water again and chemicals were added. By the time you arrived, the pool water was still busy recovering. Therefore, the creepy was also left in the pool. We apologise again! And are happy to announce that our pool is now 100% back to normal.
