Lekker, maar veeleisend met al die trappe. Sekuriteit en algemene diens is baie goed. Ligging is uitstekend - dis stapafstand na Thompsonsbeach - die baie gewilde strand in Ballito, so besoekers hoef nie na gewilde strande toe te ry nie, want parkeerplek is baie beperk by gewilde strande in Ballito. Ongelukkig is die eenheid nie baie goed geleë binne Santorini nie - daar is meer as 150 trappe wat op- en afgeklim moet word om by die strand uit te kom. Nie goed vir ouer garde mense nie. Geallokkeerde parkering is ook baie ver van die eenheid af - daar is tydelike parkering nader aan die eenheid, maar dis slegs vir op- en aflaai van bagasie.

Santorini is veilig - 'n challenge is net die trappe af strand toe, is 'n probleem met iemand wat nie lekker kan loop nie. Lekker rustige atmosfeer met 'n goeie view.

The home is comfortable enough, but for the price, there were a few hidden surprises that left a sour taste. The home is comfortable enough for a short stay. Generally its a bit dated and needs an upgrade for these prices. The flat is situated a long way from the parking spot, and uphill. The alternate spot suggested for offloading is not much closer. This place is simply not suitable for anyone old or infirm. There is no porter service and this fact alone could spoil a holiday. The advert mentions a gas braai is available. However, it is not a gas braai, it is a skottel. There is a big difference. Of greater note is the fact the flat advertises just about every appliance under the sun in the kitchen. What it doesn't say however, is that there is no oven! So self-catering for two hungry teenagers without an oven or a braai is a struggle to say the least. The advert mentions a flat screen TV. Only once booked does it reveal in small print that there is no DStv and it is not a smart TV. So unless you remember to bring DVDs or your own decoder, its useless. Overall, if this place was transparent about what it really had or didn't as the case was, I would not have booked it.
