Very average. The room really smelt like toilet. I am not sure why but possibly because of the sink pit. In this case, they should put some deodorizer in the toilet bowl to counter this. Never again. When reversing I bumped into a tree stump behind a parking bay. The issue is that I couldn't see it when reversing.
