Peaceful, scenic, and relaxing with great amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful stay! The cottage was charming, beautifully maintained, and the peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing weekend away. The added touches like the little golf course and tennis court were such a hit—especially with the men in our family. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved being able to unwind together in such a lovely setting. If I could offer any gentle feedback to help make an already great stay even better: the kitchen could benefit from a few extra essentials. With six of us staying, we found ourselves needing a couple of additional items like side plates and butter knives—just a few spares for when you're not washing up and have exactly six people staying there. These are small things that you might only notice if you were staying for more than a night with a full house. There were quite a few flies during our visit, likely due to the nearby horses and stables—something completely out of the hosts’ control. It might be helpful to leave a few extra fly repellents or citronella candles for guests. All in all, we had a lovely time and left feeling well-rested and recharged. As animal lovers, we also really appreciated the friendly dogs on the property—it made us feel even more at home. Thank you for a memorable stay!
