House Nortje offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a top-floor apartment of a free-standing home, with a separate entrance on the side, or through the garage. The house is located in the coastal city of Henties Bay in the Erongo Region of Namibia.
The apartment offers sea views from the 2 bedrooms and the lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower and bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a shower, toilet and basin. Each bedroom also features an ocean-facing balcony. The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area, with an indoor braai area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, microwave and an indoor braai that leads out to the TV room with a balcony and stunning sea views. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for streaming. Guests are required to bring their own towels and dishcloths.
There is a double garage with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a box freezer. A Place to hang the washing as well as an iron and an ironing board.
Guests are responsible for their own prepaid electricity account. On departure, the electricity units should be at least the same as on arrival.
Smoking is only permitted on balconies, with the sliding doors to the bedrooms kept closed.
