Houtboschbaai No 1 is a charming wooden cabin that accommodates up to 6 people, located in a nature reserve just 5 km from Jeffreys Bay. The chalet is situated on the beachfront, offering sea and beach views.

This unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and offers a view of the beach and the ocean. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request, and has a view of the beach and ocean. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and overlooks the natural forest. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower and a toilet. There is also an outdoor shower that provides a natural forest experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are also available.

The living area and 2 front rooms open onto a deck with lovely views of the ocean and comprise the dining and lounge areas. A TV with DStv channels is available in the lounge area. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.

The house is equipped with a small inverter and a water tank to reduce the impact of load shedding and water restrictions. Lamps, a Weber gas grill and a gas stove are also available.

Houtboschbaai No 1 is nestled between Milkwood trees, and there are boardwalks in the reserve that wind down to the private beach. Jeffreys Bay offers a variety of attractions, such as the African Dawn Wildlife Sanctuary, Jeffreys Bay Shell Museum and, various restaurants, and activities ranging from mountain biking trails, tandem skydiving, 4x4 trails.
