Charming, well-designed tiny living with great views. It was really lovely and fun to experience tiny living! A lot of care and thought was put into creating this space, with lovely finishing touches and clever use of space. Clean, well-organised, beautiful view. Would definitely recommend it. Also, having the WiFi was great. Been to other places in Wakkerstroom with no WiFi, which can be a challenge, so it made it fun for my son too. Thank you.

Has great potential but was a little disappointing. Hummingbird Tiny House is very comfortable and has a 'cute' and sleek aesthetic. Everything about the house is well thought out, practical and has everything that you would need. They have a very useful booklet that tells you about the birds in the area, what loops to drive and how far each loop is. The house was just not clean; the dishes in the cupboards were dusty or still had some remnants of the previous guests. It looked neat at first glance, but it definitely didn't have a good clean/wipe down before I arrived. The stove was sticky and dusty, and the fridge was definitely off for a while and kept shut before I arrived and not checked, only switched on. The shower was also dusty and not cleaned before arrival. It is such a cute place and I would love to visit again, but it has to be cleaned properly before a guest arrives.

An enchanting little home. This is an enchanting little home very well furnished with all one requires for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the steps leading up to the bedroom are not safe as they are open on the left (no balustrade nor handrail) with an approximate drop of 6ft/1.8m down to the kitchen area. I got up in the middle of the night to go downstairs to the bathroom and, as one cannot stand in the bedroom (low ceiling), it is awkward to get onto the stairs. I unfortunately misjudged my footing and literally fell off the stairs to the ground floor below, fracturing a rib and sustaining whiplash. This house is an absolute delight, so I hope the owners take serious measures to ensure the safety of the stairs for future guests.
