Comfortable, warm and safe. Very friendly and helpful security guards. Lovely apartment, very spacious. Great location and we felt very safe. A few items were missing, for example, lightbulbs, mugs, and spoons (we were 4 guests; however, there were only 3 mugs, teaspoons, and bowls). The apartment was also not the cleanest (the floors had not been mopped and one kitchen cupboard was dirty). Despite this, the apartment was very nice.
