Jasmine Cottage is situated in the tranquil neighbourhood of Eastcliff, in the coastal town of Hermanus. The town's scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town makes it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg. It is within walking distance of the centre of town, whale watching point, sports grounds, coastal path and restaurants.

The free-standing, 1-bedroom unit is located on the owners' property and accommodate 2 adults with a child younger than 2 years. The bedroom is furnished with twin single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed while the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. A cot can be provided for a child under 2 years old, but it must be arranged in advance.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, toaster, and kettle. There is also a small washing basin. In the living room, there is a dining table with 2 chairs, a couch, books, and a TV with Netflix and YouTube. Other amenities in the unit include free Wi-Fi, a private garden, a braai area, and secure parking. There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat nearby where guests' laundry can be dropped off and picked up at an additional cost.

The unit has a security gate, and all windows are fitted with burglar bars. There are also CCTV cameras at the entrance from the street.

Hermanus holds an array of exciting natural, cultural, and historical activities that make it well worth a visit.
