Awesome, relaxed, safe, and personal customer care. Well, I enjoyed my 3-day stay there. The food was excellent, and the two sitting chairs next to the pool were superb. The one thing that was out of this world was the day before I left, a couple came with small children, and that morning before breakfast, someone was busy covering the pool with safety nets - that was top-quality customer care. I will always go back when I have to go to Johannesburg. It was super, I loved it there.
