The open-plan living area features a kitchen well-equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For added convenience, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and a comfortable lounge, an indoor braai, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free, uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
The stacking doors open onto a spacious deck with outdoor furniture, a KolKol wood-fired hot tub, and a Weber braai. The house also boasts a second entertainment area with a pool table. For those returning from the beach, an outdoor shower is available.
Additionally, the home has an alarm system as well as a UPS to keep the alarm, Wi-Fi, and TV on in case of power outages/'normal load shedding'. Off-street parking is available.
