Kadie@Breederiver is a charming self-catering holiday home located in the tranquil town of Witsand, Western Cape. It offers breathtaking views of the Breede River - an ideal setting for a peaceful getaway.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The toilet and basin are also accessible via the hallway for guest convenience. These 2 bedrooms are in the main house. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and the last bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These 2 bedrooms share an interleading bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. These 2 bedrooms are in the outside building.
The open-plan living area features a 10-seater dining table, a cosy seating area, and opens onto a deck with a stunning river view. There is also a bar area with a small fridge leading into a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery.
A separate scullery off the kitchen includes a washer and dryer, and leads to a back courtyard connecting the main house with the outside bedrooms and the indoor braai room.
Additional features include a separate lounge with seating, a TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The indoor braai room, also located in the outside building, is a large, inviting space with comfortable seating and a dining table—perfect for enjoying evenings together regardless of the weather.
