Kaia offers ‘off the beaten track’ rustic eco living on a farm with natural surroundings. Kaia, which is part of the Sandpiper Guest Cottages portfolio, is located in the peaceful, serene, and rustic seaside village of Boggomsbaai within the Fransmanshoek Conservancy area. Boggomsbaai is approximately halfway between Gqeberha Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape and Cape Town in the Western Cape.

Kaia can accommodate 2 guests and is furnished with a double bed, a fireplace, a chair, and a sitting area. The cottage is also fitted with a shower and a toilet.

The cottage has a small kitchenette with a 2-plate gas hob, cutlery, crockery, and a camping fridge. The establishment can also provide extra refrigerator space at the Sandpiper Centre. Kaia does not have Wi-Fi, and the solar system can only support the charging of a cell phone. No other electrical equipment can be used in Kaia.

Guests have use of the facilities at the Sandpiper Sport and Leisure Centre. The leisure center offers tennis courts, a squash court, sauna and is fully licensed.

.Guests should take note that Boggomsbaai does not have any shops and that the closest shop for groceries is in Vleesbaai, about 10km away or a pleasant 3km walk along the beach.
