Description
This beautiful beach house is located in the secure Kangela Estate, just 1.5 hours from Maputo and 20 minutes from the South African border. The last stretch of road requires a 4x4 vehicle for approximately 10 minutes on a sandy track leading to Malongane. The property is uniquely positioned on a sand dune between the coastal forest and the ocean, offering peace, privacy, and direct beach access.
Upstairs, there are 4 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, all with full or partial sea views, accommodating up to 10 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and a mosquito net, with an en-suite bath and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king-size bed and a single bed, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and mosquito nets and an en-suite shower, and a separate toilet. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, and all linen and towels are provided.
The reception area leads into a spacious lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, ice machine, toaster, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house features complimentary Wi-Fi and full DStv, and it is serviced daily.
The double-volume open-plan living area features concrete floors that flow out onto a wooden deck surrounding the pool, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor space with ocean views. The borehole water is safe to drink, and a purifier is available in the scullery. Bottled water can also be purchased in the nearby village.
Outdoor amenities include a boma with a firepit, a built-in wooden braai, and a pizza oven, perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. Quad bikes, jet skis, and boats can be parked at the entrance of the estate and launched from the Ponta Malongane Dive Centre, where diving activities can also be arranged.
