Very good stay; will use again. We had a nice stay, but upon arrival there was no clarity on how to get to the room. The person in charge was not immediately available; I suggest that management provide this person with better training.

Worst experience yet with any of the website's facilities. Very unpleasant stay experience. The host is from Malawi and completely out of touch with the travel needs of the South African traveler. The facility is clean, attributed to the fact that it was recently put into operation. Furthermore, we arrived at a dead man's door within check-in time. We were only able to access the premises 15 minutes after our arrival. The host was absent upon our arrival and we were unable to enter our room until he arrived.
