Kimi's Self-Catering Cottage is situated in Simondium, just 11 km from Paarl, and offers comfortable accommodation close to a variety of attractions in the Cape Winelands. Accommodation is offered in Kimi's Self-Catering Cottage and the Valley Room.

The cottage is tastefully furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living area. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, while the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a toilet. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. Provision can be made for 2 children on mattresses at an additional cost.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and other essentials. The lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a built-in braai area, while the dining area has a 6-seater table. Additional facilities include air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, secure parking and a private entrance.

The Valley Room is located upstairs in the owner’s home and is ideal for short stays. It is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The room also offers air-conditioning, a TV, a fan, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, crockery, cutlery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests have access to secure parking, a private entrance and free Wi-Fi.

Kimi's Self-Catering is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area, including nature reserves, Pearl Valley Golf Estate and Spa, Val de Vie Wine Estate, vineyards and wine farms, all within a 20 to 30 km drive.
