We had a great time. Very pleasant place to stay. The location and place are wonderful. Very safe, secure and spacious. The room we occupied was fantastic.

Average. The onsite manager was very flexible with the hours of access to the room. Client service was good. Only minor hiccup was the fact that we had no warm water as they had forgotten to switch on the geyser. We also didn't expect to share a bathroom with other guests; however, we were the only guests, which made it ideal for us. Thank you.

No thanks. Not again. It was really not a nice experience. There was no sign or indication that I was at the right place – I had to convince someone there to open the gate for me (and he first called the manager, Billy, before opening it). I was then moved to another room – without a separate bathroom! So I had to share the bathroom with other guests (two double rooms). Not nice at all! The manager did try to make things right afterwards and said it was the website's fault for not making it clear that I would have to share a bathroom – but it's still unacceptable. I checked again and it wasn't indicated anywhere! That's a deal-breaker for me. The whole experience was bad: the room was dirty, there were used cups and old garbage in the trash can.
