Despite the cold it was a warm visit! We had a wonderful stay, but the very best part of our visit was definitely Ezna's great customer service and warm welcome and hospitality during our stay! The two days we stayed were cold and wet, but we were welcomed every morning in the dining area with a lovely warm burning fireplace, coffee and down to the smallest details such as the cups and plates that were heated. Ezna also provided us with umbrellas for our day out on the wine tram and assisted us with necessary reservations as well as recommendations on places to eat in the evening.
