Amazing! We had an amazing stay! The staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully organised, and the garden was just beautiful.

Ideal heritage break. Very pleasant, with friendly staff and the owner. For those with an interest in heritage, a perfect place to stay in Paarl.

One night sleepover. Lovely place, excellent location. Clean. Just very outdated. Needs a modern touch. Should look at plumbing. Shower head was blocked.

We recently had a geyser burst and it could be some rust blocking the showers. We attended to the matter, but thank you for pointing that out. We are not outdated by choice, but the old building is not lending itself to going modern.

We stayed there one night with our adult sons in 3 rooms. A bit old fashioned, but worth the money. In particular, we apreciated the landlady's excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast in places nearby.

Good day Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate your input. Klein Vredenburg was built in 1812 and the whole premises is a national and provincial heritage site therefore we are not allowed to change anything. We try to keep up with the times but the restrictions are not favourable. Hope you understand that old fashioned is not by choice. Kind regards, Magriet

Fijn guesthouse om een paar nachten te verblijven. Mooi historisch verblijf met veel authentieke materialen. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Ook een prima ontbijt gehad.
