KwaMdoni Unit 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom unit situated in the Kwa Mdoni complex in Zinkwazi Beach. The complex is located opposite a public park and is within proximity to the beach.
The unit can accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and has air-conditioning. The second bedroom contains a king bed with air-conditioning, and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The unit also comprises 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a microwave, an oven and stove, and a fridge-freezer, and also features a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests' convenience. The lounge and dining area have comfortable seating and a TV. For media access, guests are required to bring their own streaming devices.
The lower floor leads out onto a veranda with patio furniture, and guests have access to braai facilities, a communal swimming pool, and garage parking. The complex is secure with a fence, gates and walls. The area is known for its beautiful beaches and lagoon, which is an estuary of the Zinkwazi River.
