Kyki-C is a holiday unit situated on the top level of the owners private home and has its own entrance up a flight of stairs, there is covered parking available.

There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are all open plan with an indoor braai.

The house is located in 'n neat, tranquil, safe neighbourhood. It also has an alarm system to rest your mind at ease. Lovely view of the ocean and quiet, tranquil beach that is only 50 m from the house.
