The fully fitted kitchen includes a 4-plate gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, and dishwasher. The living/dining area has a flat-screen smart television, Wi-Fi internet access, and an electronic safe large enough to store a laptop. The spacious patio allows for watching unforgettable sunsets over the bay. There is covered shared parking in front of the studio.
