La Belle Vie @ Village-Living is a stylish house located in the heart of Swartland.

This beautiful house has a maximum capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom and second bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be converted into a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery as well as a dining table. For guests’ convenience, there is a dishwasher.

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, dining area, lounge area, braai area, hot tub and a swimming pool. Guests can enjoy YouTube, Showmax, Netflix, and DStv Now on their own account. Additionally, there is also a lovely sandpit for children to play in.

This property is fenced and offers safe parking behind gates. The house also has an alarm system and uses solar power.
