It was a beautiful, scenic and enjoyable place. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. It was accommodating and had everything from cotton pads to fresh milk, a brand new stove and all hygiene items, and a freshly clean room every day. We were short of nothing.

Baie dankie vir 'n tuiste weg van die huis, waar ons heerlik kon ontspan! Gastehuis is gerieflik naby aan Busamed, Hillcrest Hospitaal. 'n Pragtige kamer, knus in 'n rustige omgewing met die mooiste roostuin! Skoon, netjies en vriendelike personeel. Ontbyt was smaaklik en die kamer is elke dag skoongemaak.

Pretty, clean, neat, comfy and private. We enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated place, neat, clean and exactly like the pictures. All the thoughtful little touches for personal care meant so much. The owner was very helpful with any assistance we needed, and the staff were helpful without even asking and brought in items that we ordered from Checkers Sixty60. This really allowed us to rest at the end of our busy days.

Aangenaam. Die verblyf was baie lekker, ons sou net voorstel dat daar 'n tafel met twee stoele iewers in die eenheid is vir werk of eet. Ons moes eet op die rusbanke en werk op ons skote. 'n Klein tafeltjie sal die wêreld se verskil maak.

Lovely accommodation but unwelcoming attitude. Upon our arrival, we were directed to the unit we had reserved, but shortly after settling in, a staff member informed us that we had been assigned to the wrong unit and directed us to the adjacent one. This alternative unit was noticeably smaller and furnished with a queen-size bed (but it looked like a double bed), a stark contrast to what we had specifically booked – a unit with a king-size bed. Moreover, the unit's overall appearance differed significantly from the one we had originally reserved. When we brought this discrepancy to the attention of the manager, their dismissive attitude and lack of apology was quite disappointing. In fact, the manager even displayed a rather unwelcoming demeanor, which was contrary to the positive reviews we had read praising the staff's friendliness. After verifying our booking information on my phone, it was clear that we had indeed reserved the unit with the king-size bed, specifically listed as the "Daniela" unit. Despite the manager eventually agreeing to move us back to the original unit, he also asked and removed the L-shaped furniture in the lounge to take it to the adjacent unit and replaced it with a smaller couch because "a couple with children" booked a unit, so my summary is that management thought we were only 2 people so he could give the bigger unit (despite our reservation) to the other couple and should just be happy with it. Their unapologetic and dismissive behaviour left a sour impression on our overall experience. It's worth noting that the accommodation itself was aesthetically pleasing and detailed with extras, but the lack of sincere acknowledgement or apology for their mistake left us feeling quite dissatisfied.

Tops! Hierdie is een van daardie plekkies waar jy wens jy langer kon bly of weer na kan terugkom. Dit is die mooiste kamer in 'n pragtige tuin. Elke ding is solgvuldig beplan en pragtig uitgevoer. Die geriewe is alles wat mens nodig het met ekstras wat spreek van gasvryheid. Mens voel welkom en spesiaal en ek sal hierdie gastehuis beslis aanbeveel.
