La Frans Guest House is located in Akasia, a complex of suburbs north of Pretoria. The Guest House is only a short drive from attractions such as the picturesque Pilanesberg game reserve and Lost City.

Accommodation is offered in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms with private entrances. Each room is equipped with a bar fridge and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. They also feature a flat-screen TV and Open View channels. There is a heater and fan for guests to use. Twelve rooms have air conditioning. There is a communal outside kitchen for all guests, accompanied by a bench and table for up to 16 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas/electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.

There is also a one-bedroom self-catering cottage suitable for two people. The cottage has a bedroom, bathroom, and open-plan kitchen and lounge.

Breakfast is served on request under the thatched roof that overlooks the deck and braai facilities. Guests also have access to the swimming pool. The property also features a game room with a pool table and dart board
