The establishment is situated directly opposite the Pretoria East Hospital, Woodlands Boulevard Mall and the Parkview Mall where the popular Rockwood Theatre is located with several restaurants and cinemas in the vicinity. We are also within 5 km from Menlyn Maine and the Sun Time Arena & Casino.

There are two units available.
Unit 1 is suited for 2 guests and comes equipped with a luxurious bedroom featuring a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and spacious shower. Other in-room facilities include a lounge with a flat-screen TV with all DStv channels, Wi-Fi access, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a washing machine.
Unit 2 is a spacious and modern semi self-catering apartment. This unit is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The room is equipped with a fridge, and microwave as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The lounge area features a TV with full DStv channels and guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool and secure parking. Washing and ironing services are also offered at an additional charge. Coffee and tea are provided.

Both units are equipped with solar power and batteries to alleviate load shedding.
