This double-storey apartment is situated across the road from the beach in the secure La Pirogue complex, Westbrook on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, between Umhlanga Rocks and Ballito.
Apart from the pristine beaches of the North Coast, Durban and its surrounds, this flat offers all that a holidaymaker could wish for. La Pirogue is within close proximity to the Sibaya Casino, Gateway Centre, a crocodile farm as well as the renowned Zimbali and Umhlali country clubs, and 10 km from Ballito.
This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second, a queen-sized bed and the third, 2 single beds. The unit also has a kitchen, lounge, dining area and balcony with garden, with a gated entrance leading to the swimming pool. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher available. A private built-in braai in the garden.
Guests need to bring beach towels. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom only. Linen is changed every seventh day. The lounge area features a TV with selected DStv channels. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit has a very strict noise policy. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. Either 2 vehicles or one vehicle and a trailer. Parking bays (shared garage area) are not suitable for large vehicles. As per the photos, unit 1's parking is on the right-hand side of the garage.

The comfortable lounge area includes a ceiling fan and leads through glass sliding doors to the balcony. The balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, offers panoramic 180-degree sea views.
There are also very steep stairs leading to the bedrooms, which are not suitable for older people or people with small children.
