Description

Lawaaiwater is the perfect getaway for up to 4 adults and 3 children, situated in the charming coastal town of Witsand. The unit boasts beautiful sea views and is conveniently located near the beach.

This character-filled stone cottage features 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a wall heater for chilly evenings. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a double bed, a cosy sitting area, and a small en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and basin. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed. A spacious shared bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin is located downstairs.

Bed linen is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels. A fan is available for warm days and a heater for colder winter nights.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, and kettle. For convenience during power outages, a gas stove and kettle are also provided. Additional amenities include a chest freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Rechargeable lightbulbs are installed in most rooms for added comfort.

The open-plan dining and living area features a smart TV with streaming capabilities and Openview channels. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the unit.

Guests can enjoy a covered outdoor braai area, perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends.

Witsand offers several restaurants and shops for essential groceries and dining out.

The nearby Breede River estuary is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering activities such as canoeing, sailing, and kite surfing. The area is also a fisherman’s paradise, with species like grunter, cob, galjoen, elf, and many more to be found.
