The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as crockery and cutlery. Also available in the kitchen is an indoor braai area. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv decoder. Guests are advised to bring their own smart card as channels are limited.

Outside, guests can enjoy outdoor dining as well as a braai area, ideal for sundowners. With the buzzing town of Swellendam a mere 12 km down the road, there is lots of country character and grand vistas over the horizon. The Overberg region is one of the fastest-growing regions in the Western Cape, situated within easy driving distance of Cape Town. The Overberg is a region full of vineyards, forests, fynbos, grain fields, beaches, and rugged coastline.
