Silence, tranquility and a historic building that has been conjured up with passion. Our stay at Light Shade Mountain was beyond expectations! The host was punctual and so friendly and went above and beyond our normal expectations. Brad made us feel welcome and the guest house decor was something to behold. Comfortable, spacious and a lovely patio area with a braai. The little things also made a difference, like a hammock, delicious coffee and air conditioning. We will definitely check in there again, but only for longer next time!

Big, comfortable cottage with lots of extras. We had a wonderful stay in this old cottage with its beautiful layout and furniture. Lots of extra treats such as the hammock, big bath, chips for the kids, Nespresso coffee and more. Brad was the perfect host. We also had a great evening at Brad's restaurant, right around the corner.
