Regarding customer service, I felt we interacted well and had no complaints or issues raised during our connects. I even made arrangements if you needed to check out later. I do apologise if you felt customer service was lacking, but we pride ourselves on being as helpful and accommodating to our guests as possible. Regarding value for money, I feel you receive clean and neat, modern accommodation at R340 pp, which is pretty cheap when it comes to self-catering units, especially for the area.
