Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful. Our stay with Carol was brilliant. She was a wonderful, caring and thoughtful host - on hand if we needed anything, but also respectful of our privacy. We loved the cottage, which was exactly as it appears in the photos. It was cosy and a lovely place to spend some time. The 3 min walk to the beach was a highlight, and we walked along the beautiful, quiet and safe beach twice a day. Being so close to nature - around the cottage, but also close to walks - was great for our souls.

Comforting, great stay. Awesome gem, the house is equipped with everything you need. The attention to detail and all the welcome treats were really lovely. Even with small kids, the place is so comfortable. Thank you, Carol, for having us; we loved the stay and will definitely be back.

An artistic haven. Welcomed like family. Carol's warm welcome was the opening to an enjoyable stay; the cottage is a work of art! I kept finding new and beautiful aspects to enjoy, like the stained glass window in the guest bathroom. Nestled in the dune scrub, we felt safe and secluded, the abundant bird life providing the soundtrack for our stay. The short walk from Live Lekker to the beach enticed our three teens outdoors and away from their phones. Every need has been anticipated at Live Lekker, from a beach umbrella and beach toys for kids to a flask for tea, a scented candle in the bathroom, and a yoga mat. Visiting was more like arriving to stay with family than staying in accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend Live Lekker Stylish Coastal Hideaway to anyone from a couple looking for a romantic getaway to grandparents taking their grandchildren away for a long vacation and everyone in between. 100% recommended. Lovely, well-appointed and comfortable accommodation. Hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. Location is ideal for a Garden Route getaway, quiet location but within easy reach of attractions. Easy access to the N2 for travel. The beach is lovely and just a short walk away.

Gerieflik en gemaklik. Dit was 'n aangename ervaring om deur julle te bespreek. Die kommunikasie vanaf julle span en Carol, die gasvrou, was deurentyd baie goed. Ons is gulhartig ontvang en bederf met verskillende versnapperinge. Die akkommodasie was skoon, netjies en gerieflik. Home away from home. Absolutely stunning unit and location. Everything you can think of that should be available in a self-catering unit was there. Attention to detail and ensuring that we were at ease and comfortable was the host's top priority. Thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay for a family of 6!
