Loveable Karoo Huisie offers 4 cosy self-catering houses for up to 12 people in the small Karoo town, Fraserburg.

Fig Tree Cottage comprises 2 bedrooms that share the use of 2 bathrooms with a bath or shower. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom. A double sleeper couch is also available in the living area.

Palm Tree Cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed. The unit has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

Olive Tree Cottage comprises a bedroom furnished with a double bed. The unit has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

Plum Tree Cottage comprises a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

All units have an open-plan kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Guests can relax in the lounge which has a TV and a cosy fireplace.

In summer, guests can relax in the lovely garden and make use of the braai facilities. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement, and parking is available.

Fraserburg offers a variety of historical buildings to visit, 1 of which is the Pepper Pot; a hexagonal shaped building in the middle of the town and has become the symbol of Fraserburg. Guests can take an Ancient Footprint Safari that starts at the museum and takes visitors to see the fossilised footprint on the farm Gansfontein, which was made 250 million years ago by the Bradysaurus. For sky gazers, the night sky will be a treat, and between July and September, visitors will be spoiled with the sight of blooming spring flowers; depending on the rains.
