Lucien Sands 401 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Margate. The apartment offers stunning ocean views from the balcony and most rooms.
This 4th-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and opens onto a small balcony that offers sea views, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom, which has a shower and a bath.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a washing machine, as well as a dishwasher. A stage 5 water purifier has been installed in the kitchen. The open-plan lounge features a TV which has an open-view decoder, and Wi-Fi is available. The lounge leads to a spacious balcony, which boasts a braai facility and lovely sea views to admire. (Please note that the unit is not equipped with air-conditioning.) The apartment is equipped with an inverter to provide backup power during load shedding. A Stage 5 water purifier has also been installed in the kitchen, offering clean, filtered drinking water.
The complex also boasts an elevator, a swimming pool, and secure parking. In addition, the complex is ideally situated within 3 km of Margate Main Beach, Hibiscus Mall Centre, restaurants, and shops to visit.
