Relaxing. Chantelle was the perfect concierge. We got stuck as GPS redirected us and she didn't hesitate to drive out to come and assist us. This place is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. If I could just propose that Lush Horizons and the place around it come together to fix the road as not all of us have off-road vehicles.

Pleasant, peaceful visit. We had a great stay and visit, thank you. The hostess was really friendly and helpful. Helped immediately if there was anything we wanted to know or needed. We got a different unit than we originally booked due to the cold. Lovely shower in our unit. Everything is comfortable, but I do think that the interior furniture and fittings could be upgraded. A TV for these freezing winter evenings would also work well. It is difficult to blow/do hair in the unit we were in, because the mirror is hung behind one side of the fridge. Could it be hung on another wall near a wall plug? The +-11 km gravel road is unfortunately very bad. We understand this is beyond the resort's control. Would definitely like to visit more if the road is in better condition.

Very nice but bad experience. The lodge is very nice, chalet is clean and tidy. Restaurant is closed, no meals can be served even though we booked the meals two weeks in advance. We didn't take anything with us to eat/cook. Village far and road very bad. We didn't eat anything as we would have eaten there.
