Luxe 2-BDR Apart Green Point is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the Odyssey building in Green Point, Cape Town. The apartment faces the sea and is ideally situated close to local restaurants, the Sea Point Promenade, and the V&A Waterfront.
The apartment accommodates 4 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, as well as a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The main bedroom and lounge include built-in air conditioning units, while the second bedroom is equipped with a fan.
The kitchen is fitted for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living and dining area features comfortable seating, a dining table, a TV with DStv in the lounge and the bedrooms, and Netflix in the lounge. The apartment also includes wireless high-speed internet.
Guests have access to a large private balcony. An inverter powers the lights, plugs, and fridge during load-shedding.
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and will be provided with their own set of keys.
For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.
