This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly after dark and when returning from an evening out. Failure to comply with this house rule may result in eviction.
Please note that the jacuzzi is set up as a chlorinated splash pool. If you would like it to be heated, kindly inform us in advance. Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly as needed and may occur during your stay. We will do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
