Very nice and peaceful. Beautiful estate, lots of braai areas with a beautiful view of the wildlife on the other side of the fence. Quiet and peaceful, but you can hear the traffic every now and then. The chalets are nice, neat and comfortable. Very, very comfortable bed! The only thing I missed, which was not available at all, was a fridge, so I couldn't keep my cool drinks, meat or butter cold. Had to braai everything immediately and try to eat. There is a washing-up area with fridges, but they were switched off/broken. So no luck for cold drinks or fresh food. They are semi-self catering, but in my experience there are very few of the necessary catering things to cook, eat and drink with. So definitely bring a full set of camping equipment: fridge/cooler box (fridge is better, my stuff was warm early the next morning), more knives/forks (there are very few in the chalets), and larger cups/plates maybe. There are only small glasses and cheap powdered coffee, so bring your own. There is a kettle and a microwave. Bring more chairs and I found that there was too little storage space to prepare food, so I had to use my camp table as well. Bring literally everything you would on a tent/caravan camping trip.
