Makana 10A is a beautiful vacation home in Ponta Mamoli, offering stunning sea views and direct access to Frederico’s Bay snorkeling spot. This holiday home is situated on a well-managed housing estate and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway.
The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is sea-facing and features an extra-length king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom comprising a shower and bath, sleeping 2 adults. This bedroom opens directly onto the swimming pool deck. Bedroom 2 is inland-facing and has 2 extra-length single beds that can be pushed together, with an en-suite bathroom comprising a shower, toilet, and hand basin. Bedroom 3 is a loft with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and hand basin. Bedroom 4 is sea-facing and has 2 extra-length single beds with an en-suite bathroom comprising a shower, toilet, and hand basin, sleeping 2 adults. There is also a guest bathroom downstairs.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an upright fridge-freezer combo, toaster, kettle, microwave, Expresso Delta coffee machine (bring your own pods), and a gas oven and hob. There is no washing machine, but staff can hand wash clothing on request.
The lounge area offers panoramic sea views and a TV. Although DStv is not available, streaming is possible using the Wi-Fi. A small bookshelf is provided for leisure reading. Sliding doors open from the living area onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool, overlooking the ocean, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor flow for relaxation and entertaining.
