It's on! The beach, so homely, definitely an annual booking for our family. This was our second time booking Mama Mia and we are already looking forward to our next stay. You simply can't get closer to the beach; it's a 2-minute walk to Thompsons Beach tidal pool, and less than a 10-minute drive from the centre of Ballito's malls and restaurants. It's clean, safe and has all the comforts of home - like everything! is there from towels to dishwasher to tumble dryer and beach umbrellas - just take your clothes and book the perfect family holiday.

There is simply no other way to do a brilliant value for money family holiday. Excellent unit, fully functional and equipped kitchen & laundry, everything beautifully clean, sea views from bedrooms & lounge, 5-minute walk to Thompson Beach, safe & secure 3 parking bays under cover.

Wonderlike wegbreek geleentheid met 'n pragtige uitsig. Lekker plek, ongelooflik mooi uitsig, maklike toegang tot swemstrand, gerieflik naby swembad, veilige omgewing.

Heerlike kuier. Heerlik gebly reg teen die see. Nadele: baie ver vanaf die parkeerarea na die woonstel met 4 stelle trappe sonder handreëlings. Moeilik vir ou mense en om bagasie af te laai. Skoonmaakdiens is ingesluit, wat 'n groot voordeel is. Helaas begin die skoonmaak eers na 11 uur en eie skottelgoedseep en sponsies moet voorsien word. Ook eie toiletpapier.

Good morning, Marthie Thank you for your review. Cleaning service time arrangement is made due to clients wanting privacy before 11am. It is a self-catering unit, hence needing to provide own items. (There is a welcome package.) Unfortunately, you left the keys to our unit in the door and the unit unlocked. (Keys should be given back to security for obvious reasons.) Kind regards.

We had a good time staying at Mama Mia 3, would have loved it to be a bit longer! We really enjoyed our stay at Mama Mia 3. Good sea view. It's very safe. The flat is beautifully decorated, spacious, neat, and clean. It has almost everything you need. The swimming pool was nearby. It's within walking distance from the beach. We loved Charlie's Pool, and the beach was not too busy. They also clean it on normal working days, unfortunately not on public holidays and Sundays. The only not so nice things: Parking is very far from the flat. The starter pack was 1 black bag, 1 toilet roll (there are 3 toilets), a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and hand soap. Please just buy black bags and toilet rolls from the start. Other than that, everything was fabulous!
