Highly recommended - had a wonderful stay and will be back! We were lucky to stay over for the heavy snowfall event of mid September 2024 - what an experience! With Maplewood's solar power system and gas stove/geyser/heater, we were able to stay cosy and contented during the area's 3 day general electricity outage. An absolute bonus! The cottage was well equipped with everything needed for a comfy 5 night stay. Izak and Johanna were attentive hosts and the complimentary farm milk and homemade rusks were a hit! When Sani Pass thaws out we'll definitely be back for another stay at Maplewood!
