Maponto House occupies the lower level of the owner’s residence in the secure Waterfront complex in Langebaan. It’s situated on the beachfront, boasting lovely views of the lagoon. This unit is ideal for guests who are looking for a homely escape along the West Coast.

This vacation unit sleeps 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bedroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There’s also an elevator in the unit for easy access.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a large indoor braai area, fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen counter doubles as a dining table with bar stools and extends into the living area furnished with a lounge suite. Free Wi-Fi is also available and guests have access to secure parking on the premises. The property has solar power and an inverter system in case of load shedding.

The sliding doors open onto the patio where guests can enjoy the lovely sea views or take a stroll down the boardwalk and take a swim in the sea.
