Mar Azul 5 is a luxurious self-catering villa located within the secure Mar Azul Estate in Ponta do Ouro, Mozambique. Perfectly positioned between Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane, this stunning seaside retreat faces the ocean and offers breathtaking views with direct access to the pristine beach.
This property can accommodate up to 14 guests and comprises 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with double beds. These bedrooms are located upstairs and share the use of 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. The fifth, sixth, and seventh bedrooms are located downstairs, each furnished with 2 single beds and featuring en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. Five of the bedrooms offer sea views. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and 3 fridge-freezers, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge offers comfortable seating for guests to relax, and the living area opens onto a spacious deck complete with outdoor seating and a gas braai, offering beautiful ocean views.
Additionally, this property shares an outside braai area with another property; guests are kindly asked to make arrangements to ensure it is not used simultaneously. There is also an outside shower next to the house with cold water, perfect for rinsing off sand and salt after returning from the beach. Secure onsite parking is also available. Please be advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads.
